Great haircut, exactly what I wanted. The booking experience was frustrating. My confirmed Friday appointment was double booked when I arrived, so I rescheduled for the following Friday at 10am, but was later sent a Saturday confirmation instead with no communication. On the day, another client was also booked at the same time as me and they had to wait. Pleased with the service, but improvements need to be made with booking and scheduling. For this reason, I unfortunately won’t be returning.
