My hands started off with one then came another with no explanation then I was left waiting whilst others were being served. Eventually I was there again to be finalised. Not a great experience this time tbh. Same experience with my pedicure.

I’ve never had such a frustrating experience despite repeating myself multiple times, my request was completely disregarded, and I was met with visible irritation and an unhelpful attitude.none of my nails look the same, shape size or design wise.

Lily is always perfect when it comes to nail designs. However I was very disappointed with the guy who did my BIAB infill because I showed him how my pointer finger nail had broken halfway across, and he was quite harsh with it when using the tools and filing my nails. I told him it needed to be reinforced and he didn’t do it, it was too thin, so it started ripping again within 2 days and I had to go to D&R nails and get them to put nail glue on the underside to keep it from getting worse.
