I enjoy going to this venue but my only slight issue is that I always book Lily but have not yet had the pleasure of being seen by her . Each time I have been seen by her colleague instead.

I’ve been going to VIP Nails for 7-8 months, and previously really liked my nail from them. Unfortunately the last few times I’ve been, I have not been happy with my nails. Where previously time and care was taken with my nails, now it feels rushed and messy. My nail polish is patchy, lumpy and overall quite messy looking. It’s a real shame, but unfortunately I won’t be returning.
