Even though I booked Lily I was assigned to someone else. This was the 2nd time I was going and unfortunately my biab is now all bumpy, with air bubbles and the nail technician filed too much of my nails. The pedicure is atrocious also, looks like a toddler did the gel polish and the cuticles are all still there.
This is such a shame because I had such a lovely appointment with Lily the first time I went there and now I wouldn’t dare to go back.
