Very disappointed with my appointment. I booked a gel pedicure and standard polish manicure and was assured the colours would match, but once applied they were clearly different. When I pointed this out, I was told, “No one ever says anything.” The manicure was poorly applied, with too much polish used. The technician was also coughing throughout the appointment, which made me concerned about getting ill. The manager saw I was unhappy but did not speak to me or address my concerns.
