Worst experience of my life. Absolutely no ambience at the venue - background noise of a TV, talking and kids. facial was rushed and not relaxing one bit. The therapist didn’t take care when applying creams or masks meaning they were in my mouth/nose. Very little input from therapist (she was constantly in and out) - probably only touched my face for 5mins, other than that it was 45mins of masks and steam. Very very disappointed that treatwell are advertising venues which are not up to scratch.

Booked a male appointment online, when I got there they were building a desk in the entrance with a lot of drilling, I stood at the desk for about 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me, to let me know that there was no man hairdresser in today and I could leave...

My hair is now about 5 different colours and patchy. the hairdresser started adding bleach to my hair before even asking me what I wanted. Really unhappy with the colour as it doesn't actually even look like I've had my roots done so will need to have it done again elsewhere.
