The lady and staff were all very nice and welcoming, but the salon wasn't so clean or hygienic. But it was worth it for the money.

Good location and good value for money. The hairdresser was polite and there was no delays. I would recommend this venue.

Pleasant staff, good deep tissue massage. I had very bad knots in my back and the masseuse worked on them well
Deep Tissue Massage
Very disappointed straight away, as soon as I entered the treatment room I noticed the price listed which detailed the 1 hour deep tissue massage as being £60 NOT £75 which is the price stated in here meaning that the Wahanda deal only saves you £5. Poor.
Despite this the actual massage was good and thorough. I would say though it would be a nicer experience if the therapist introduced herself, gave you a towel to cover yourself once undressed, explained the process, asked if the pressure was ok, (at times it was a bit too hard), covered you when not attending to your legs etc., (was cold at points and felt a bit exposed). Just a few points that would make it a much better service. The downstairs and the actual room felt a little grubby, could be made much more welcoming easily.
Shame as the actual massage was good and the therapist nice.

Great service that made me feel at ease. Offered beverages and wasn't rushed which I appreciated. Friendly staff who are accommodating to your needs.
