Shame as this place looked nice from the outside and being in Chelsea would have thought it would be a good treatment, however the lady who did my eyelash extensions was not experienced and was quite abrupt too.
Won't be returning.

No time waiting around, staff were very attentive, professional, and listened to exactly what I wanted. Extremely pleased with both cut and blow-dry, will definitely be returning.
Ladies' Haircuts
The place was way too hot. The massage would rank as the worst I have ever had. Felt bad for the lady doing the massage was perfectly pleasant and nice but seemed not to have experience and hardly spoke English. Didnt even had the heart to tell her what a bad job she had done. I paid and left but would never go back there again.
