The person who gave me the facial was quite nice and kind, but the rest of the staff was pushy. They insisted a lot that I should buy more services from them, which I was not interested in. One of the hairdresser even told me that "I needed to get my hair color done asap", which was frankly unkind to say.
The facial itself was meant to be "express", but felt rather rushed. I get that in 30 mins you can't expect the most complete facial ever, but you should still be able to provide a good relaxing and pampering experience. That was not the case. I don't think I will be back, at least not for a facial.
