Service provided was good as always! If and when there are delays - which sometimes are beyond their control - I would encourage and appreciate if they'd be upfront with how long the delay is (20mins rather than "just 2 more mins said a number of times) so that customers can pop out and sort other things while waiting. They were apologetic however, and I will continue to go back!

The gentleman who cut my hair was lovely and helpful. I think that they could be more attentive and tell me how long to wait for my hair to colour and the process and etc.

Very good haircut. Good highlights. Very good blowout. Only problems were that they took my appointment quite late (about half an hour late) and that is was a little chaotic in the salon.
