Vinny listened to what I wanted and then delivered to the letter. Very happy with colour. No offer of refreshment or obligatory magazine which I found a bit off and an all male staff who went about their business quietly. As I'm not one for chair gossip and endless small talk I liked the no fuss approach but the offer of a cup of tea/coffee would have been nice ;)
