Got to the venue and they had a limited power in the shop, this is not an issue, however they told me this happened 30 minutes before and would be off for the rest of the day. They did not call me to tell me the appointment was cancelled. When I tried to talk to the staff they seemed very uninterested and not really bothered. Poor customer service. Didn’t try to rebook me for another time and didn’t apologise.
