Eyebrow & Eyelash Tinting
Felt like a conveyor belt as one stylist was attending to three customers at once. So I was left waiting for 15-20 min in between cut/wash/blow dry/styling. Did not cut my hair as requested, fringe is uneven, poorly cut and looks dreadful! Despite showing photos and saying a few times it was not what I wanted. Also did not blow dry my hair curly as requested. It was pretty much straight 5 min after leaving! Called salon shortly after leaving to express my disappointment, the receptionist was rude and said the hairdresser had asked if I was happy. It was very clear I was not happy!! Their only saving grace was he actually called back a few minutes later to offer me to come back- I was already late for my plans as I was kept waiting so long but I will go back soon to hopefully have it fixed.
