arrived and checked in at the desk, ten minutes later I was told the person I had booked in with was actually on holiday but if I was prepared to wait another 40 minutes someone else could fit me in.

A really lovely salon with a very calm welcoming atmosphere. My appointment had to be rescheduled for reasons beyond the salon’s control, and James went above and beyond to fit me in at a time that suited me.
