My blowdry was nice, however the whole appointment ran 45 minutes late with no warning. they had me waiting for 20 minutes past my appointment time before they said that they were running late. This was very unprofessional as all appointments after me were late and the way the staff handled it all was very unprofessional. I booked with one stylist but last minute given another.
