Ended up waiting 45 minutes for my appointment to start and a further 20 minutes sat in the chair mid wash whilst they dealt with another client. They were turning people away with bookings after mine due to lack of time. The whole experience felt rushed after the wait and they used poor quality products. The haircut was not what I wanted. Waste of £40.

I hadn't done anything with my hair over lockdown and George was so patient and kind. You can tell that he really cares about his clients and has pride in his craft. George took the time to help me sort out my hair, made sure I was happy with it and I love my new haircut.
