I got balayage but I was really unhappy with the colour. I showed a picture in advance so the stylist knew exactly what I had in mind, but the result was a completely different colour. I don't like it at all, such a disappointment and a waste of money.

They were an hour late, no notice was given. George, my hairdresser that day, did not listen when I told him what I wanted, kept taping my shoulder to say “it’s ok” as if I was a child. And to top it all off, he made me stand up during my whole haircut. I was embarrassed by the way he treated me. The haircut is awful, ended up with layers when this is not what I have asked for. The person beside me was given the wrong hair color. Overall, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Georgia was lovely and I’d recommend her to anyone. My hair looks much healthier now post-cut and it was just so nice to have a properly professional blow out after so long!
