For a quiet Saturday afternoon, the two staff working were both professional and very focused. I booked 20 mins beforehand, the haircut appointment only took 30 mins itself and I left with a good quality cut! Prices reasonable taking advantage of the offer that was on, all in all good service and would go back!

I would definitely be coming back! The wax was great and villy was lovely. I’m new to waxing but she made it least painful as possible which I really appreciated. Only think was a couple of hairs left which I had to go away and pluck but apart from that it was very thorough :)

The good things: both ladies were very nice and kind; the salon is pretty and tidy; they stayed late after the salon closed to finish the work on my hair, which was so so nice of them!
The not so good: I asked for a balayage but what they did to my hair was copper highlights (I ended up liking the result but it’s not what I booked and paid for); they advised me to get a cut and I asked to cut tips only, but they cut a lot more; they accidentally burned my scalp with hot water while washing.
