I was looking forward to my girl haircut however we went their after school to a closed salon. I called the mobile and asked if the appointment was closed. Villy advised that she had rescheduled my appointment 30mins later. I didn't get a confirmation until I checked my junk inbox. I thought it was really slack that I wasn't called so close to my app. Overall it was OK but not sure if I would return.it was ok but the start of it all really put me off. Haircut was ok...but no blow-dry as paid
Before we start I show that I want balayage but left with roots, blonde highlight on front and by white patches near my ears, rest of hair are just yellow or don’t change colour at all. Villy are really friendly but I’m disappointed of service and fell bad that I lost money which I spend as I need book another appointment somewhere else for tomorrow to fix that.
