This was my first experience in a salon setting and i was pleasantly surprised. The hair wash was to die for and even though the haircut came out a bit shorter than i had wanted i still love it.

Villy was really sweet and did a great job, everyone likes my haircut. Everyone in the salon was v welcoming and cool about my transness.

I attended my appointment that I prepaid for on Sunday however Villy turned me away saying she does not work during the time I booked. Please note I booked and paid for this service at 9am and my appointment was at 5pm. So there was an opportunity for plenty of notice to cancel this appointment rather than myself travelling to attend and wasting my time.
No service was provided and the refund I was guaranteed has still not been processed.
