have had far better experiences, i dont think waxing was their strong point. It was left patchy, took really very long (45 mimnutes) when other places take up to 20 minutes, left unfinished. Not happy

I booked for 12pm and paid upfront. The booking got moved to 1pm. I arrived at 1pm and was informed that my booking had fallen in between another appointment and to come back at 2pm. I came back at 2pm and had to wait 25 mins before I could have the wax as they were finishing a hair appointment. Villy was lovely and did apologise but it was a rather frustrating experience all around.
