Violetta was absolutely brilliant. So sweet, kind, and skilled. I went in for my first ever wax, worried and nervous, but was immediately put at ease. Violetta is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. She walked me through the entire process; reassuring me throughout, checking-in, and answering all my questions.
