I'm always a bit panicky about letting people touch my hair, so I came in nervous and not even clear what I wanted. Jay was absolutely stellar: talked me through my options, had suggestions and was patient with me throughout. Absolute best haircut I've had in years, I'm in love with it! Thanks so much! X
