It was ok - the colour came out nicely but the stylist didn't wash out all the dye properly when I left the salon and I had to rehash it when I got home.

Very rushed. Sarah was pleasant enough but I felt like she just wanted to get onto the next client. Didn't give proper consultation, only did a half arsed job.. asked for it to be straightened. She said " I'll blow dry it straight. " flicked the ends out. Went home and fixed my hair myself. Waste of money.

My experience at Village hair was great, Kurt was lovely, impossibly friendly and patient with me even when I couldn't sit still. He did a great job on my hair which I'd left far too long between cuts, but managed to make it look 100% better than it did when I came into the salon. I'd really recommend Kurt to anyone, he asked questions through-out the cut to make sure I was happy with everything and even gave me recommendations for colour in the future. I'll definitely be returning :)
The staff at village were really helpful and friendly. my appointment was at 5.45 but i didn't get seen until 6, but this may have been because there was only one staff member.
I arrived early & was able to be seen earlier which meant my session went longer. Tom my hairdresser was absolutely lovely & you could tell he lived what he did. Very relaxing treatment, came out feeling great. Definitely recommend it!
