Very friendly and kind hairdressers, they were working with a poor dye job (done elsewhere), and they went out of their way to start getting my hair on the road to not only looking better but to improve its condition too.

Really nice guy, but one of the worse haircuts I've had in a long time. I wanted my hair trimmed , but I ended up with a very sharp bob with layers that are way too short. It now looks like I have puffy short hair over a bowl cut. And my fringe is uneven now, one side is honestly a good 3 inches shorter than the other. And it looks like layers have only been cut at the front of my hair and the back of my head it totally flat. While it wasn't super expensive, for the price I paid I expected a half decent hair cut. Basically, really nice guy, but I wouldn't let him cut my hair again.
I booked a 10 pound men's clipper haircut. The hair is cut very nicely, but after the treatment I was informed that I got a gent's haircut and I have to pay extra 12.50 - that's 22.50 in total.
I think that's a bit unfair and I should have been informed before the cut, so I could decide whether or not to go with it. The cut started from me saying what I want to be done - that's a great moment to get to know that it will cost more than was originally established.
I feel a bit cheated and won't be coming back regardless of the overall nice experience.
Good idea for the future - ask if you're getting what you have already paid for.
