Great visit to Village Hair. Loved the cut, the guys were super friendly and I would definitely go back. They were about 30 mins behind schedule which was unfortunate but not their fault as the client before me had been running late. They were very apologetic.
Invited in for a consultation and patch test after booking, staff made me feel very welcome and made great suggestions about how best to approach my new style. At the actual appointment, Jay was very complimentary, looked after me well and did just as I wanted with my hair. I stressed I didn't want too much cut off, or to go too blonde and was listened to. The salon is very nicely done, though I think the carpets/corridor on entry could do with a revamp, this was off-putting on first arriving although my worries soon left.
Michelle was fantastic and really knowledgable. The staff were all really friendly, and I'll definitely be returning from now on!
Very nice and friendly atmosphere, offered a drink etc, really like the new decor although background music wasn't really to my taste. Got a really good cut, will quite happily go again. Opening hours also great as you can go after work and/or Sundays.
