it was a good experience. I came couple of minutes early and was immediately taken to the wash station . Staff were really friendly and Sam did a wonderful job with my hair. I would definitely visit again for fixing my hair!

my haircut was fine however the stylist didn't make me feel very comfortable or confident. This was a shame as I was recommended to visit by a friend who had a great experience, and clearly from other reviews my experience was unusual.
