Loved my cut but short staffed so Sam kept having to stop to answer the door/phone which wasn't ideal. She did a good job of my hair though.

I love the haircut. Jay was easy to talk to. Very friendly. Offered water and pizza. And his fellow hairdresser, Jack, was also friendly and offered pizza. Though I had to politely decline. The second floor was a challenge for someone carrying a luggage and 2 bags but it was manageable. Jay offered to help and even placed my bags in a safe place while I bought food. Overall, it was a great experience. I'm happy with my haircut and encounter. Great job!

Jay was absolutely amazing. I've never been to a salon before (I usually cut my own hair) so I was really nervous! He was warm and really kind and made me feel really comfortable. I had an Olaplex treatment done which my my hair feel really soft. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone, and I would definitely recommend Jay! Thank you so much!
