My first time visiting this salon and I was very happy with Sam. She was happy to talk me and show me thought what she was doing at each stage. I was made to feel at ease and my hair cut was exactly as I had asked for.

After the appalling service I received I will definitely not return to this salon. I felt the hairdresser acted like he didn't want me there and I was intruding on his day, he seemed annoyed about what I asked for and ending up paying for more that I thought I had too. I'm not a hairdresser so I don't know what needs doing. The whole experience made me feel uncomfortable and anxious throughout. The only nice person who tried to make me feel at ease was the guy who welcomed me in, he was the only one to speak to me in the 3.5 hours I was there. It was very upsetting to spend so much money on such a horrible experience and come away from it with hair that I don't really like and now need to spend more money to rectify.
