The staff was very nice and helpful on my visit, and advised on the best colour for my hair in a very friendly way. The appointment lasted about 2 hours for root colour and blow dry, so it didn't feel like it was rusched at all, although it was Sunday and very near to closing time. Sophie and the rest of the staff were really attentive to my needs (drinks and reading while waiting, asking if I was comfortable enough etc.)

Staff were very friendly. Jack was very helpful recommending ways to better my haircut and style (which I always really appreciate). Very pleased with my cut. Good experience.
