Kirsty made this such an enjoyable experience - I'd wanted to colour for ages, and she helped me get my hair healthier and ready for colouring and she took great care and attention to make sure my wishes came true. Kirsty is very professional but also a lovely thoughtful friendly person - she made me feel very comfortable.
