Jack was just wonderful. Fully explained the process, was very clear about possible issues as my hair had had sun-in used previous and really listened to my thoughts but also was very clear about what would look best from his experience. The end result was great, I've had so many comments about how great it looks and that it really suits me. Only thing I would say is more clarity about the full/half head requirements on the website as I should had booked a half head as it turned out - but that is probably my inexperience!
