I'm really happy with my hair and the staff were lovely. Customers should note that there will be other charges not included if you want a cut and toner on it (which is probably essential) - but it's not a bad price for the time it takes.
My hair was a bit uneven in colour when he finished it - so it got fixed, unfortunately this meant adding more bleach so I was at the salon for seven hours in total (my hair had been coloured so it took a long time for the colour to take)! However, I appreciated them making sure it was sorted and I was happy with it before I left, and they gave a small discount for this!
I would come back here if I lived in Manchester.

Awful just awful
For starters the salon was dirty on arrival and the card machine was broken
The haircut itself was dreadful, was cut way shorter than asked for and was uneven with no shape to it.
Was bad enough for me to contact my old hairdresser the next day to get it fixed who described it as a “clippers job where the hairdresser obviously couldn’t be bothered”
Will never be going back or recommending it to anyone.
