Really really disappointed. I’ve been going to Village Hair for a couple of years, so when the Director left earlier this year I booked in for ‘the full works’ with the Senior Stylist. Long story short I completely regret the appointment and wouldn’t go again. During the 10 min consultation I was made to feel like an idiot for not knowing hairdressing speak, and was repeatedly told I had to ‘hurry up because we were going to run out of time’ - it turned out he’d booked a personal appointment 2.5 hours into the 3.45 slot so wanted to squeeze it in. I felt the whole thing was incredibly rude, and that I was being blamed for him ‘having’ to rush - the haircut that should have been £40-45 worth of the session was done in less than 10 mins. My hair was absolutely not what we agreed on at the start, and I felt incredibly uncomfortable the entire time I was there.

Fab blow dry! Looked great all night (even after Manchester wind and rain) and the next day after a quick brush it still looked great! Would return when next in town.
