The booking experience was quite good, i was able to get an appointment on the same day and was welcomed warmly.
The consultation and hair coloring wasn’t the best i have received. Would have loved to give 5 stars to the hair coloring i got but left the saloon with significant marks on my forehead, side burns and ears. I asked about that but was told that they would go away after a shower but they took 3 showers to go away. I am sure that i’d have left less marks on my forehead, ears and side burns if i had done the hair coloring myself.
Staff was very friendly and calm. They took their time without rushing which lead to better results.
