Staff are friendly and chatty, my manicure was done quickly and efficiently, my only complaint is that the acrylic layer was quite thin - whilst some prefer this more 'natural look', I would prefer a thicker layer that feels stronger on my nails. Colour range is quite limited, but it is nice to see that colours can be purchased by customers.
