I booked a restyle but the consultation with Vida changed the plan and the cut wasn’t really a restyle. Shahla was great -professional, pleasant, and gave a lovely wash and cut. However, Vida kept upselling services, made inappropriate comments about other salons, and told me my hair was very plain and needed highlights, which felt rude. The haircut was good overall, just not what I originally asked for. Customer service let the experience down so I won't return.
