Went for an underarm wax. She had to go over the area THREE TIMES!!!! She said it was because the hair wasn't coming up, but I've been waxing my underarms for years and never had any problems. I'm not sure what the problem was, but if there is still hair after two tries, you get out the tweezers. It hurt so bad and pulled up so much skin. It's been a few days and it's still red and irritated. At one point she even made the comment, "you're skin's coming up, but not the hair." It was appalling. I'm grateful it was only underarms and not a more sensitive area.
Ladies' Waxing
First time I had had my colour done here and although I said I wanted the same colour as I had it came out much darker. Vida tried to lighten it by putting on some more colour and then another shampoo but I really did not like the colour. I realise it was my first visit but when I got home I realised it did not look like me. The haircut was also not as good as I hoped only consolation the blow dry lasted for the week I was on holiday

Wonderfully warm and friendly staff, and although waxing is never a pleasant experience, she did a very good job and ensured it was as painless as possible. Would highly recommend
