Though the staff are very well-intentioned, I don't think they should offer threading services if they aren't properly trained to do it. I'm pretty sure she went in on my eyebrows with a razor because she couldn't manage to thread them properly - it felt like something sharp but as I've never done my eyebrows with a razor I'm not 100% sure. In any case, two weeks later and my brows are bigger and bushier than they've ever looked since I started getting them done 10 years ago!
