I’ve been to VR a few times and usually had a good experience, but this time was disappointing. I asked for a balayage and showed a photo of a previous visit, but the result didn’t match at all. The salon was overcrowded, and the stylist seemed overwhelmed, rushing between too many clients. My hair was bleached unevenly one side over-processed, the other underdone,leaving it patchy and very yellow. I was also soaked during washing and given a wet towel. Not worth the price, and I won’t return.

Initially booked for just a wash and blow dry however Maria was so amazing she gave me a trim too all within the hour appointment! Fabulous blow dry too! Highly recommend! Thank you A****

I have always had a great experience with Maria and Laiba! They’re both incredibly welcoming and helpful every time I visit. I urgently needed a quick trim but had trouble booking through the app. They were kind enough to accommodate me despite the short notice (though I recommend booking in advance if you can!).
As always, the service was excellent and the results were just what I needed. Maria listens to feedback and makes sure you leave happy with your hair. Highly recommend!
