I did not have the best experience at this salon. My hairdresser was very violent with the way she brushed my hair which caused me a great deal of pain. I believe she left the colour on my hair too long (nearly one hour) which left me with black hair rather than dark brown. Her technique for applying the dye was very messy so I ended up with it on my face. She then tried to remove this by rubbing my face nearly raw with a towel. I have since reacted to the dye &have sore red marks on my face.
