From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly and welcoming. My stylist gave me a relaxing wash and the most gorgeous blow-dry — my hair felt soft, bouncy, and looked amazing all day.

At first, I was happy with the half head of highlights however there are a few things I was not happy with.
I mentioned some areas to focus on with blending because I wear my hair up - those areas are very blocky and noticeable. I said that the toner was burning my scalp (ive never had a reaction) and she tried to convince me to keep it on for a few more minutes and I had to ask her to wash it off. She said that a cut was included in the price and then I got a very uneven cut.

Albana did my balayage, root melt, toner, cut and blow dry, and she was honestly amazing. So professional, friendly, and clearly knows her stuff. She made me feel comfortable and explained every step. The colour blends beautifully and looks better than I imagined. She also gave great advice on keeping my hair healthy. You can tell she truly cares about her work. I’ll definitely be back – highly recommend!
