I went for a wash, cut, blow dry
When I went to sit for the hair wash , there was hair already in the sink aswell as left over dye. My hair dresser was lovely but she was not aware of how harsh she was being when washing my hair, she kept catching her nails in my ear piercing even after I mentioned it hurt when she was being harsh, my ear was inflamed and irritated by the end of it. She didn’t realise I came for a cut aswell and initially started drying my hair first. I just
