I’ve been to VR a few times and usually had a good experience, but this time was disappointing. I asked for a balayage and showed a photo of a previous visit, but the result didn’t match at all. The salon was overcrowded, and the stylist seemed overwhelmed, rushing between too many clients. My hair was bleached unevenly one side over-processed, the other underdone,leaving it patchy and very yellow. I was also soaked during washing and given a wet towel. Not worth the price, and I won’t return.
