I originally had an appointment for Saturday, which was moved to Sunday, and I was fine with that. However, I was then kept waiting 35 minutes after being told it would only be 10–15. If you’re running late, informing your client is the least you can do. I also explained that I have treated hair and can’t use products with sulphates, but the stylist didn’t seem to understand and simply brushed it off with an “okay.” The haircut was good, but management is disappointing.
