Asked for BIAB and clarified I wanted BIAB, technician ended up doing acrylic. Took 2hours which was the longest time it's ever taken to get acrylic nails, yet there was no additional treatment i.e. manicure

I had an appointment at 10am but was stood outside in the rain until 10.35 alongside the staff because the owner was late to open up. Had this been a one off I would offer it but it’s the third time it’s happened to me with a 10am slot.
