Happy with the eyebrow threading but felt a bit awkward as their chair had broken (not their fault) but I had to lean back to back with a member of stafff on another chair to avoid falling.. would suggest a different solution to this

I don’t quite know where to start… I waited well over an hour past my appointment time…. Because I was so late I couldn’t go with the planned manicure I had to go with shellac instead as it was quicker… because the technician was rushing he actually cut me and left a proper mark which took 3 weeks to heal…. Then afterwards wanted me to pay £10 extra for the shellac after making me wait over an hour, cutting my finger and not getting a manicure… will not be back….
