He really injured my toe :( My manicure was lovely! And my toes look nice, but he pulled so much cuticle from my toe it started bleeding and (the next day) it hurts when walking and I’m scared of infection!! Lovely people, but may not go back sadly

Absolute scam, went for a normal infill appointment and near the end of the treatment they demanded an additional £15 for the use of gel polish, every other nail salon includes this in the price of an infill.
