There was a shortage of staff and the lady doing my nails was a little bit aggravated with me so she did abit of a rushed job alongside my eyebrows but the job was done nonetheless!

I booked this place on short notice as my regular salon was full. The gel removal was fine but the manicure was below the standard I'm used to. She was quite intense on my cuticles and slightly nipped me. The filing was not even across all my fingers, leaving one pinky that was noticeably longer than the rest. The tools used were taken out of and put back into the same packet so not sure they are sterilised between each appointment.
