I don't normally complain but this time I'd have to, unfortunately. I booked infills and when I got there I asked how much would it be to add shellac, I was told that normally is £15 but they would charge me £10 because of a promotion. I accepted and at the end, after spending almost 20 min trying to set up the transfer as the signal there is terrible, I asked to confirm the amount and got told a blunt “no, the price will be £15” Safe to say that I won't be returning. Not a good experience.
